Neil Calvert

Chief Executive Officer

CEO and co-inventor of LINQ. When coupled with his 25 years of data, information and technology experience, alongside a Business Analyst and Customer Success background, Neil provides the acceleration an organisation needs to ensure that change will be successful by delivering outcomes using LINQ.

Systems thinking is a key component of Neil’s approach to modelling the Digital Twin of the organisation so that the impact change will create can be understood by executives, programme owners and those impacted by change alike.

Using LINQ, Neil has helped organisations such as New Zealand Defence Force, Department of Corrections, Ministry of Disabled People, Braemar Surgical Hospital and Wellstop create models and deliver insights which have supported their change ambition.

Neil also upskills people within organisations to become expert users of LINQ so that the capabilities the platform provides can be applied through the business on an on-going basis.

Outside of work, Neil is a keen kayaker and cook – sometimes even having the chance to combine those two passions!

Ian Clarke

Ian Clarke

Business Advisor

Ian has 30 years experience in the life sciences, information technology, agriculture, gas and television production industries. He headed technology company Fronde for eight years and life sciences company AD Instruments for four years.

He has broad business experience across many sectors and has recently focused on helping young companies gain clarity about their goals and secure the resources needed to achieve them.

Since 2016 Ian has been an active angel investor with Flying Kiwi Angels, involved with mentoring founders and participating in due diligence teams.

Antony Williams

Product Owner and Lead Developer

Antony has extensive and wide ranging experience developing IT solutions, advising businesses and helping software development teams excel.

His combination of business and IT experience means that he has developed a wide range of skills, including strategy, software development, product management, architecture and design, agile management and coaching,  analysis, modelling and process improvement.

Antony has worked with companies in the following industries: business consulting, telecommunications, primary industries, banking, government, electricity, payments and manufacturing.

Stew Darling

Non-Exec Director

Stew is a former Lieutenant Colonel in Military Intelligence. After a 23-year career in the British Army running security, intelligence and counter-intelligence operations globally, Stew emigrated to New Zealand and dived headlong into business as one of the founders of LINQ. Using the skills he acquired throughout his highly successful career, Stew is now living out his life’s purpose supporting individuals and businesses to give fear and uncertainty their marching orders and deploy the Unstoppable Force within.

Happily married and a proud father of two grown children, when he’s not busy helping people unleash their Unstoppable Force, he can be found tramping the wilds of New Zealand or white-water kayaking.

Beverley Caldwell

Chief Marketing Officer

Joining us in 2023, Beverley leads our marketing and communications strategy and initiatives.  Beverley has over three decades of experience in marketing for technology companies in New Zealand and across the world.  She has a broad range of marketing skills which are making a positive impact on the LINQ team and business.

Beverley is a member of the KiwiSaaS Community and the NZ Tech Marketers Group and in her spare time loves reading, cooking and gardening.

Beverley is a Fractional CMO with Proxi, on a mission to build marketing success inside Kiwi SaaS and tech companies.

Sophia Geris

Research Specialist

Sophia joins us having completed her Masters in Physics at Victoria University of Wellington and before she heads to the UK to study a PhD in Astrophysics at the University of Cambridge.

Sophia will be evaluating and expanding our previous research focused on Carbon Intensity associated with business operations. She’ll be validating our approach to this exciting and relevant topic before we look at launching a new LINQ offering which will help organisations report the carbon intensity of their business for reporting and compliance purposes and make decisions which account for their carbon utilisation as well as other factors.

When not studying, Sophia enjoys fitness and long distance running and she’s completed a few half marathons!

Geoff Bush

In memory of Geoff Bush, LINQs Lead Developer.

Sadly Geoff passed away on the 1st January 2021. He was an amazing friend, colleague and husband and is missed every single day.
He had a passion for life and development. LINQ is a testiment to his expertise and ability to convert ideas into capabilities which worked to deliver huge value to LINQs customers.

Geoff will forever be a part of LINQ – his essence lives in his code – and LINQ, already a legacy to Geoff, will contiunue to help organisations around the world to plan for and manage their digital transformation.
