Project success is determined before any work is done. When you first engage with your customer and perform the discovery – understanding what they want to achieve, how that will be realised into their business, what tools they current use, what tools they think they will need in the future – your focus is on delivering the most value you for them and their business.
If this is the way your business works, LINQ will help you deliver those outcomes faster than ever. LINQs modelling is ten times faster than traditional techniques because you can capture in real time as you talk with people in the business. Our insights help you to prove the impact of the outcome to your customer, giving them the confidence and certainty that they will get the outcome they are looking for, and speeding up the decision cycle.

It’s easy – complete our form here [link to new Partner page], and one of our Partner Enablement team will be in touch to arrange a call. While you are waiting, sign up for our free trial so you can familiarise yourself with LINQ.
You are typically a Management Consultancy, a Managed Service Provider or consultant, with a broad client base in medium to large enterprise organisations and you’ll have recognized expertise in a preferred industry.
You will know what challenges and opportunities exist for your customers and you will be driven to add value to their organisation. You may be in direct competition with the Tier 1 consultancies and are looking for a competitive advantage where you can apply your domain expertise to win work and create long-term partnerships with your customers.
Currently we’re engaged with partners in New Zealand, Australia and the USA. We have a partner agreement that outlines how the partnership works and expectations of both parties including support from LINQ.
You would undertake to train your consultants in LINQ and then implements LINQ as part of your delivery methodology. It’s important to understand that we’re not asking you to sell LINQ, simply use the platform to deliver outcomes to your customers.
We support each partner with comprehensive training (online, video, manuals), sales enablement materials, referenceability (case studies etc) and marketing support, collateral and projects such as joint events, webinars and other marketing.
We set up a partner Teams channel for quick comms and you will have access to a wealth of information to help you use LINQ quickly and easily.
Yes, you do. We’ll be on hand to help with any solution set up and projects and any questions, but your sales are between you and your customers. The exception is if, at the end of a project, your customer wanted to purchase LINQ for itself as it had so much value, they would do that directly with LINQ in New Zealand and become a LINQ client too.
No, we don’t – but we do expect you to be using LINQ on a regular basis (after all, it delivers exceptional value for your clients!). We will have chatted to you during the due diligence phase to establish that you have clients/projects where LINQ will make a difference and show outcomes of digital transformation projects quickly etc.
We have a monthly check-in call to ensure that you/your team is confident using LINQ, there are no issues and offer help to support any sales or projects.
We have several partners in New Zealand, Australia and the USA – check them out here. Some are large services organisations; others are consultants specialising in a certain field or sector.
There is a quarterly Partner fee which provides you with access to your business development LINQ account and enables us to share opportunities with you. We are out there marketing and selling LINQs capabilities which can create project opportunities for you. The Partner fee enables us to invest in supporting you fully.
We offer a significant discount on training for Partners, another benefit of the programme.
We have a pretty robust training programme which includes detailed ‘Getting Started with LINQ’ content; a step-by-step guide over 5 days with videos, manuals etc. We’re on hand by phone, Teams, email etc for questions, but LINQ is pretty intuitive.
Check out our customer case studies here and the client logos on our home page. In summary we work predominantly (but not exclusively) within the following sectors: Public Sector, Utilities, Healthcare and Financial Services.
LINQ captures the data and information needed to enable work (actions) to be completed. This often means that we capture effort required outside of the core process. For example, a business process may simply say to accept a quote in the financial system as the next step. The reality is that additional effort is needed to be able to make that determination. You may have to refer to the original specification, talk with your peers, do some calculations in a local spreadsheet, etc. This may not be captured when you consider the process from a system perspective. As soon as you look from the people’s perspective, you can find all these additional tasks. LINQ helps you to capture these as the focus is people and how they deliver outcomes. Our customers have described BPM as the black & white view of the business and LINQ as the multi-coloured view.
We have more content talking about this on our website here: https://www.linq.it/wp-content/uploads/A-LINQ-Manifesto-Welcome-to-the-Business-Case-Revolution.pdf
Learning LINQ is quick – we have 12 hours of delivered training content and lots more help on our YouTube Channel. The structure of LINQ is remarkably simple, and the tool has been designed to help the user – you can only connect elements according to our structured language.
Of more relevance, is the current skills of the people coming to learn LINQ. If you are used to modelling, if you are a business analyst, if you have been involved in business case creation, if you understand the concepts around ‘lean’ or ‘supply chain’ you will very quickly understand how to apply LINQ to the knowledge you already have. If you are new to these things, then learning how to think, to apply LINQ will take more time, supporting by the tool and the LINQ team.

Neil, our Founder and CEO says: All through my career, I have seen projects fail to deliver the value they should have. I have seen the impact that this has on the people involved. The statistics remain unbelievable in that 70% of change projects fail, set against a global annual budget of USD880billion in 2023. Personally, I believe that wasted capital could be spent on solving so many of the challenges we face as a society. LINQ is providing a methodology and tool to resolve project failure. If you create decision intelligence and deliver evidence to decision makers which help them see the value to be created before committing investment, I believe change will be successful.
Our work is all about enabling organisations to get the data they need, as fast as possible, so great decisions can be made which support organisations change and transformation goals.
I did a degree in Mapping Science and Environmental Science and with that went to work for Ordnance Survey – the UKs National Mapping Agency. That lead to working with digital data – both mapping data and the content you use alongside location to deliver insights. I realised that the data was the gold, so enabling it effectively to deliver value was the opportunity.
I moved from Ordnance Survey to Esri – the GIS software developer. Here I helped organisations to succeed using spatial data in their tools. This cemented by belief in the value of the data and information.
I came to New Zealand to work for the Esri Distributor, then for myself, and that eventually lead to the development of LINQ in response to challenges we were solving with our customers. LINQ has evolved over the years with that intent – provide evidence to support change and transformation goals – using data and information and the value it creates, as the core to our methodology and tool.
The rest of the team has experience in leading global service organisations, developing world-leading web applications, supply-chain management and planning expertise, and international enterprise sales.
We are all Kiwis, and love living, working and playing in New Zealand.
Yes! And proudly so. We are based in Wellington, but the team covers from Wanaka to Auckland. Development is done here in New Zealand. We have customers and partners in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. There is nothing you can’t do from New Zealand!
Not yet – but we plan to. Generative AI is a great tool for marketing, sales and customer service, but we are not interested in regurgitating content that has already been created. Our ambition lies with machine learning and a natural language interface into LINQ. This will help with training, support, modelling and insights. We even have plans to enable the model to be built from a conversation and to generate apps from LINQ models through tools such as Azure Copilot for PowerApps. It is high on our development priority list, and we have no doubt we will have our first AI offering in the platform this year.
Yes, we can. We have internal consultants who can deliver projects alongside your team. This is often a great way to get started…to get a win which supports LINQ’s value proposition. We also have a growing number of partners in New Zealand and the USA. We can refer you to them based on the outcomes you need for your project.
We also offer training and can build an extended support agreement for you which provides ad hoc access to our team to support your modelling and business case development.
LINQ is a faster way to capture content than anything else we have seen or used before. We consistently hear that we are 10 times faster than other approaches. This is a combination of the tool and the methodology. We like to talk to the people who do the work. They know what they do and how long it takes, so we can quickly capture the work and quantify the effort.
As an example, for a recruitment process, from identification of need for a new role, to on boarding the person, the current and future state models were captured in 50 hours. This included current and future state models, and business case content for 2 immediate projects defining the implementation of Robotic Process Automation to remove 3,500 hours of manual admin from the process.
Obviously, it depends on how large your process is, so we tend to suggest the allocation of 40 hours of time, one working week, for your first use of LINQ, and we see how far you can get with that.
